		<description>I think that (Gnome-hacker) Mikael Hallendal ( http://micke.hallendal.net/ ) does that. 

At least I know he uses a Mac and he has written Blam ( http://developer.imendio.com/wiki/Blam ) , which is in Mono..

Also there is a initiative to port GTK to run native on OSX, so you can write cross-platform Mono apps using just GTK.

But if you are only looking for .aspx support, I can't help much. It works nicely for .Net 1.1 web-apps.</description>
